You may return all unused item(s) (excluding rope by the foot and/or videos which are non-refundable) purchased at Prairie Creek Rope Halters within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted 30 days after original delivery date. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of returned item(s).
